DESCRIPTION

Originally issued as part of the U.S. military’s Battle Dress Uniform (BDU) system, these Woodland camouflage field pants became the standard combat trousers for American forces beginning in the early 1980s. Featuring the M81 Woodland camouflage pattern introduced in 1981, they were developed for temperate environments and widely issued across multiple branches of the U.S. armed forces including the Army, Air Force, Marine Corps and Marine units.

Constructed from either durable cotton twill or a 50% cotton 50% nylon ripstop fabric, the pants feature reinforced seat and knees for improved durability in the field. The design includes two front hand pockets, two rear pockets with button flaps and two large side cargo pockets designed for practical storage. Adjustable waist tabs allow for a secure fit without the need for a belt, while the straight leg cut ensures freedom of movement in demanding conditions.

Measurements are taken laid flat.

(A) Waist: Measured from side to side of the waistband.

(B) Outseam: Measured from top of the waistband to the bottom hem.

(C) Inseam: Measured from crotch seam to bottom hem.

(D) Leg Opening: Measured straight across the bottom hem.
